we make games, chaos, and sheep. our logo is black & white, but our ideas are full color. founded on the principles of innovation, creativity, and a healthy dose of controlled chaos, we're building the future of interactive entertainment and technology.
rare sheep studios was born from a single, rebellious desire: to disable the oculus guardian system. yes, really. what started as a quest for VR freedom has spiraled into a full-blown empire of projects, ideas, and questionable decisions. much like aperture science, we pivoted from minor inconveniences to full-scale experiments… with sheep.
elrb (experiment labs research base) and other groundbreaking projects are officially under our umbrella now. we're still chaotic, still fun, but now we're also organized enough to bring you amazing merchandise, interactive experiences, and occasional mild existential crises.
some of our projects are developed in collaboration with the brilliant minds of netknights csc, combining our creative vision with their cybersecurity expertise to create something truly unique. yes, we are slightly terrifying, but in a fun way.
our workflow can best be described as "controlled chaos" (emphasis on chaos, sometimes questionable on the control). we herd ideas, art, and code like sheep through foggy northern landscapes, occasionally losing one to the void, but hey — that’s innovation.
